What is an “affiliate?”
An affiliate is a business or individual who refers their friends, colleagues, customers, or job seekers to Personal Touch Career Services. When someone makes a qualifying purchase through your affiliate link, you earn a referral commission.

Who can become an affiliate?
Our affiliate program is open to both individuals and businesses.
Eligible individuals include past clients and professional colleagues, such as career coaches. Eligible businesses include recruiters, staffing agencies, employment websites, and professional associations that serve our core industries.
At this time, the program is available only to individuals and businesses located in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

How much can I earn?
Affiliates earn a 5% commission on qualifying, approved purchases made through their affiliate link.

What purchases qualify for referrals or discounts?
Only a new customer's first purchase is eligible for an affiliate commission or discount.
All Personal Touch Career Services products and services qualify, except rush fees.
Rush fees are not eligible for commissions or discounts.
Taxes, shipping, and processing fees are not eligible for commissions or discounts.
Affiliate commissions are calculated on the final purchase price after any applicable discounts have been applied.

Who counts as a new customer?
For the purposes of our affiliate program, a new customer is anyone who has not purchased services from Personal Touch Career Services on or after July 11, 2026.
Customers whose most recent purchase was before July 11, 2026, are considered new customers for this program and are eligible for affiliate commissions and discounts on their first qualifying purchase after that date.

How are referral fees tracked?
When the referred person clicks the affiliate link, a cookie is created on their computer or mobile device. This is how the purchase is tracked. The cookie stays active for 10 days. So, even if they leave our website and return several days later, their purchase will still be tracked.

How will I get paid?
Commissions are paid via PayPal on the last business day of each month for qualifying commissions earned during the previous month. A minimum balance of $10 is required before payment is issued. All payments are made in US dollars.

Can I pass the fee onto my friend as a discount on their services?
Yes. Instead of earning a commission, you may share your exclusive coupon code, which gives your friends, colleagues, candidates, or customers a 5% discount on our services.

Will I still earn the 5% fee if I give the discount to my friend?
No. You may either earn a 5% affiliate commission through your referral link or provide your contact with a 5% discount using your coupon code. The same purchase cannot receive both benefits.

Can I use the discount for myself?
Yes. Just use your coupon code to receive the 5% discount on your purchase. However, you will not receive the referral fee.

Can I use paid advertising to promote my referral link?
No. Affiliates may not use paid advertising to promote their affiliate links. This includes Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social media advertising, sponsored posts, or other paid online advertising.

As a business, can I use my affiliate link on my website?
Absolutely. Businesses are welcome to link directly to our website using their unique affiliate link found in their GoAffPro dashboard.

What happens if my coupon code is leaked online?
We actively monitor coupon sharing websites and unauthorized promotions. If your coupon code becomes publicly available, we will deactivate it and issue you a new one.
Affiliates who intentionally publish or promote their coupon codes on public coupon sites or unauthorized social media channels may be removed from the affiliate program.

Do you provide marketing materials?
Yes. Your GoAffPro dashboard includes approved logos, graphics, and marketing materials to help you promote Personal Touch Career Services. New resources are added regularly.

What is GoAffPro?
GoAffPro is the platform that powers our affiliate program. It allows you to access your affiliate link, monitor clicks and commissions, download marketing materials, and update your account information. It replaces our previous platform, Referral Factory.
