Using Klarna financing in our store

Klarna is a third-party vendor who offers financing options on our website. Here’s how to access it and discover your payment options through that platform.

1.   Please note the possible payments when viewing our products

This is not a firm offer, but just a general estimate.

2.   View your cart

Klarna will update the estimated payments based on the full amount. Please enter any coupon codes at this point.

3.   Review the first payment screen

NOTE: Many people use Shop Pay, PayPal, or G Pay automatically for many of their online shopping purchases.

• If you want to use something else – whether that is Klarna or a different credit card – do NOT verify the Express payment options.
• If you do verify it, the website will charge that payment method automatically.

Please fill out your information to get to the next screen, including your email, name, address, and phone number.

Please note that Klarna does NOT show as a payment option here. It will appear on the NEXT screen, once you click on “Continue to Payment.”

4.   Select Klarna from the payment options

Under “Payment,” you can select Klarna. You will then be redirected to the Klarna site to discover your different financing options.

5.   Klarna takes over

You will be redirected to the Klarna site. Whether you are a new user or a returning Klarna client, the site will ask for some personal information to verify your account. Once this is completed, Klarna will show you the different payment options, such as payment amounts, length of payments, and payment frequency.

Once this is completed, Personal Touch Career Services will be notified that your payment processed. You will then receive access to your products.
